Privacy information

What this website does

The forms prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not send or store the message text, incident details, assessment answers or GPS coordinates in its own database. WhatsApp processes anything you choose to send under its own terms and privacy practices.

Details saved on your device

If you select “Remember my details,” your name and phone number are stored only in this browser’s local storage so the forms can be filled faster next time. This is optional. Use the button below to remove those saved details at any time.

Location

Your browser asks for permission before location access. If you approve, the site uses the coordinates to prepare a map link for WhatsApp. The site does not send those coordinates to the Elite Tactical website API.

Anonymous action analytics

The site records limited operational events—such as a quote, call or incident button being selected—together with a short target label, page path and timestamp. It does not include the form message or your name, phone number or location. Automated cleanup is configured for events older than 180 days by default.

External services

Links can open WhatsApp, Google, Facebook or your phone and email apps. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Media uploaded by an administrator may be stored in Supabase Storage. Website hosting and API requests are handled through Cloudflare.
